Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days however Regional locations may be longer, Ocandy will provide updates throughout.
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders that will be on the next delivery run with current customer arrangements or anything under $300 that requires shipping in Sydney and Greater Sydney will have a flat rate of $20, any order over $300 in Sydney and Greater Sydney will be free. 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations.

Return Policy

It’s our goal to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase from Ocandy Confectionery. If you are unhappy with an item/s that you have received, please submit your request via an email to info@ocandy.com.au with your purchase details within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to address any issue.

Unfortunately, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or you have failed to contact us 48 hours of delivery been made. But if a parcel is deemed lost by our courier providers, then a refund will be issued after we have investigated the issue with our courier provider and that you have contacted us

However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major manufacturing fault. This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.

Please note: return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please ensure you send a photo of the damage or fault to info@ocandy.com.au so we can assess the situation correctly.

We also reserve the right to refuse a claim/refund in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect shipping address has been provided.
  • Melted Chocolate (please contact us prior to organise the right shipping for this scenario).
  • Customer error in selection of products.
  • Courier company has taken too long to deliver your order.
  • If the parcel is refused upon delivery

If you are missing any items upon delivery or we have sent you the incorrect product, please contact us on +61 413 191 917 or email us at info@ocandy.com.au within 48 hours and we will do our best in a timely fashion to rectify the problem.
